2BR Coastal Escape w/ Pool & Private Terrace

Avoid, avoid, avoid, Ultimate Lettingd are unprofessional and difficult to deal with Negative: The door to the utility room would not close as it was very windy during our stay the kitchen door would rattle and bang closed. The bath in the main bathroom was not clean. The apartment was not warm, the terrace did not get any sun. Our stay was ruined by the attitude of the letting agents, their directions were not clear as they only used pin drop, no personal detail. They showed a video of the garage door but not how to get to it! They were very unhelpful about the return of our deposit, I think they were actually immature and unprofessional on the whole. They certainly tried to play a silly game to upset us over the deposit!
